Account & Data Deletion Request – Reel Caption AI

At Reel Caption AI, we respect your right to control your personal information. In compliance with Google Play Store policies and international privacy standards, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you submit a deletion request, we permanently erase the following from our systems and cloud databases:

  • Account Credentials & Profile: Your User ID (UID), display name, and email address linked through Google Sign-In or Firebase Authentication.

  • In-App Balances & History: Your AI generation credits, daily bonus check-in streaks, creator mission progress, and ad-reward logs.

  • Saved Content: Any cloud-synchronized captions, hashtags, and favorited hooks.

  • Device & Usage Analytics: Any analytics or diagnostic logs linked directly to your account identifier.

What Data May Be Retained Temporarily

  • Basic transaction and subscription records may be retained only if required to comply with financial, tax, or legal obligations, or for fraud prevention, for a maximum retention period of up to 90 days.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and personal data using either of the following two methods:

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)

  1. Open the Reel Caption AI app on your Android device.

  2. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Scroll to Settings & Privacy.

  4. Select "Sign Out" or tap "Clear Stored Data" to wipe local data immediately from your device.

Method 2: Online Deletion Request via Email (Cloud & Account Erasure)

If you have uninstalled the app or wish to have all cloud records, Firebase Authentication accounts, and server-side data permanently wiped:

  1. Send an email to our dedicated data privacy support:

    • Recipient: pioneegroup@gmail.com

    • Subject Line: Account & Data Deletion Request - Reel Caption AI

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • The email address associated with your Google Sign-In / Firebase account in Reel Caption AI.

    • (Optional) Confirmation whether you want partial deletion (e.g., reset credits and saved captions) or complete permanent account removal.

Processing Timeframe

  • Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your deletion request within 48 hours.

  • Completion: All personal information, account profiles, and cloud records will be permanently purged within 7 to 14 business days (maximum 30 days pursuant to data protection regulations).

  • You will receive a final confirmation email once the permanent purge is complete.
