### How to Request Account and Data Deletion


Users of **Ludo Battle** have full control over their account and personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through either of the methods below:


#### Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Fastest)

1. Open the **Ludo Battle** app on your device.

2. From the Home screen, tap your **Profile Avatar** in the top bar.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the profile dialog and tap the red **"Delete Account"** button.

4. Confirm by tapping **"Delete Account Forever"**.

5. Your authentication record, email, coins, and battle statistics will be permanently and immediately removed from our Firebase database and local storage.


#### Method 2: Request Deletion via Email (Web Request)

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account:

1. Send an email to **pioneegroup@gmail.com** with the subject line:  

   `Account Deletion Request - Ludo Battle`.

2. In the body of the email, include:

   - Your registered **Email Address** or Player Display Name.

3. Upon receiving your request, our team will verify and permanently delete your account and all associated data within **48 hours**.


### What Data is Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently purged:

- **Account Credentials:** Firebase Authentication email, user ID (`uid`), and password credentials.

- **Player Profile:** Display name and selected avatar.

- **Game Records & Statistics:** Total games played, games won, win rate, and coin balance.

- **Local Application Data:** All cached preferences on your device.


### What Data is Retained

- **None.** We do not retain any personal data or gameplay history after your account deletion is processed.
