  • Admin Authentication Information: Regular users can browse, search, and copy prompts without creating an account or providing personal details. Authorized administrators logging in to manage content provide email and authentication credentials handled securely via Google Firebase Authentication.

  • Support Inquiries: If you contact us directly via email, we collect your email address and any details you provide to answer your inquiry.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & Usage Diagnostics: We collect pseudonymous technical data such as device model, manufacturer, operating system version, app version, language, crash logs, and performance metrics to troubleshoot issues and maintain app stability.

  • App Interactions: Anonymous interactions (such as categories explored, search keywords, and prompt copy counts) may be recorded to improve our content curation.

  • Local On-Device Storage: Your saved favorite prompts and custom settings are stored locally on your device using a local SQLite/Room database. This data resides on your phone and is not uploaded to external servers.

2. Third-Party Services & SDK Disclosures

To provide real-time cloud data, analytics, and advertising, the Application integrates trusted third-party software development kits (SDKs). These providers may collect pseudonymous identifiers in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

  1. Google Firebase (Google LLC)

    • Services Used: Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Analytics.

    • Purpose: Real-time prompt synchronization, secure administrator login, and aggregated app performance analysis.

    • Data Collected: Pseudonymous advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID), IP address, and ad interaction metrics subject to your device settings.

The App adheres to the principle of least privilege:

  • No Sensitive Permissions Requested: The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, GPS location, contacts, phone state, or external device storage.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Application is intended for general audiences aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). If we discover that personal information has been inadvertently collected from a child, we take immediate steps to delete such data from our servers.

5. Your Rights: Data Control, Deletion & Opt-Out

In compliance with global privacy regulations including GDPR (European Union) and CCPA/CPRA (California, USA):

  • Clear Local Data: You can delete all your saved favorites and local app preferences at any time directly inside the App by opening the sidebar menu and tapping "Clear Local Data".

  • Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: You can reset or opt out of interest-based ads through your Android device settings:

    • Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID (or Opt out of Ads Personalization).

  • Data Deletion Inquiries: To request deletion of any support emails or administrator accounts, contact our privacy team at pioneegroup@gmail.com. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days without cost.

6. Data Security and Retention

  • We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) during transmission to ensure your data is safeguarded against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

  • Technical diagnostics and analytics records are retained on an aggregated basis for a maximum of 14 months before automated purge.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal obligations. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
